The quickest way to reach us is support@resumity.org. Here is where common requests are handled.

Support, billing and refunds: Email support@resumity.org with the email address on your account.
Cancel a subscription: Open Billing and choose “Cancel auto-renewal”. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Delete your account: Use “Delete Account” in the account menu, or email us and we will do it for you.
Report a bug: Use the bug report button in the app, or email us with the page and what happened.
Privacy and data requests: See the privacy policy, then email us from the address on your account.
Press, partnerships and reviews: Email support@resumity.org. Reviewers can ask for a Pro account to test with.
