Resumity refund policy

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of buying it, as long as none of that pack’s credits have been used. Free monthly credits are always spent first, so a pack stays unused until your free credits run out. Once some of a pack’s credits have been used, the purchase is no longer refundable, except where the law where you live gives you a right to one.

A refunded pack’s credits are removed from your account. If that purchase was what unlocked unlimited downloads, downloads go back to the free allowance.

You never pay credits for an AI action that did not work. If an AI call fails or returns nothing, its credits are returned straight away. If you reject every change a rewrite proposed, the credits for that turn come back as well. If a resume import is charged but never turns into a saved resume, our daily check returns those credits.

If you were charged twice for one purchase, or charged without receiving your credits, email us with the payment IDs and we will refund the duplicate in full or add the missing credits, whichever you prefer.

During campaigns such as Black Friday, packs come with bonus credits at the same price. A refunded pack’s bonus credits are removed together with the pack’s own credits.

Email support@resumity.org from the address on your Resumity account, with the payment ID from your receipt (Razorpay starts with pay_; PayPal shows a transaction ID). We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method: Razorpay refunds usually reach the bank in 5 to 7 business days, and PayPal refunds in up to 10.
