How Much Do Resume Builders Cost? (2026 Prices)
On several resume builders, the headline price buys the first 14 days, not a month. This page puts the cheapest paid option, what renews, the refund terms and the free plan side by side, from each vendor’s own pages.
How much does a resume builder cost?
Every builder in this table is free to start. Trial-led builders (Zety, LiveCareer, MyPerfectResume, Resume Now and Resume Genius) charge $1.95 to $2.95 for 14 days, then $23.95 to $25.95 every 4 weeks unless you cancel. Monthly plans priced in US dollars run from $9 (Kickresume) to $39 (Enhancv), and a few sell one-time access, such as Rezi Lifetime at $149 and Resumity credit packs from ₹149.

Why do $2 trials cost $25 later?
Because the trial is the first 14 days of a subscription: unless you cancel, it renews at the full price every 4 weeks.
Zety, LiveCareer, MyPerfectResume, Resume Now and Resume Genius all sell a 14-day trial for $1.95 to $2.95 that renews at $23.95 to $25.95 every 4 weeks. Every 4 weeks is not monthly: a year holds 13 such periods, so the renewal is charged 13 times in the first year. The terms of Zety, LiveCareer and MyPerfectResume name BOLD LLC as the contracting party, and Resume Now’s payments are handled by BOLD LLC or Auxiliant S.à.r.l, so the model is shared. Resume Genius is run by a different company, Sonaga Tech Limited.

If you take a trial, note the renewal date when you pay. Each of these five lets you cancel online in your account; LiveCareer and Resume Genius also take email or phone, and the others point you to customer service.
What does a human resume writer cost in India?
Naukri’s resume-writing service costs ₹3,250 to ₹12,300 once, depending on your years of experience.
Naukri resume writing (Info Edge (India) Ltd.): ₹3,250 one-time (0–1 years of experience, 8 working days) up to ₹12,300 (15+ years, 2 working days). It assigns a human writer, with a call and email exchanges, and revises until you approve. Which is cheapest for one job search?
A free tool, if you write the content yourself; a one-time payment, if you want paid features without renewals.
- Free: Reactive Resume has no paid plan, Google Docs and Word for the web are free, and FlowCV’s free plan downloads unlimited PDFs without a watermark. See which resume builders are actually free.

- About three months: Kickresume lists $18 for 3 months (its homepage showed $54 the same day), FlowCV Pro $36, Enhancv $69 and Teal+ $79 every 90 days. FlowCV, Enhancv and Teal renew automatically, and Kickresume’s terms say its subscriptions do too.
- A trial for 12 weeks: Zety $79.80, LiveCareer $74.80, MyPerfectResume $74.80, Resume Now $74.30, Resume Genius $74.80, if you cancel before the fourth renewal (our arithmetic from the prices above).
