CV template for Lithuania (Lithuanian CV format)
Short answer
Henrietta suits a Lithuanian CV (gyvenimo aprašymas) in finance or compliance: a short profile, then experience, education and skills, closing with referees. Career centres at LSMU and KTU recommend one page, two at most, and EURES lists references and hobbies among the parts a Lithuanian CV must include. The fictional sample is an anti-money laundering analyst at a payments company in Vilnius.

Why Henrietta suits a Lithuania resume
Henrietta prints education right after the jobs and before skills, in a conventional black and grey business layout that fits banks and regulated payment firms. Its custom section at the end carries the referees EURES says a Lithuanian CV should contain.
Second choice: Meridian. Meridian moves skills above experience with no colour; choose it if your screening systems matter more than your degrees.
What goes in each section, in Henrietta's order
Henrietta prints its sections in a fixed order, the same in the PDF and the Word file. Here is that order for this sample, and what to put in each section.
- Professional Summary. KTU's career centre suggests opening the CV with a short statement of your strongest competences. Name the compliance work you do (onboarding reviews, alert handling, reporting) and the years behind it.
- Work Experience. LSMU's career centre asks for reverse chronological order, newest at the top. Europass Lithuania's tips add that work dates should give years and months, which is what MM/YYYY does.
- Education. Newest first again. Europass Lithuania's tips say to drop secondary school once you hold a degree or are studying for one.
- Skills. Henrietta prints skills in three unlabelled columns, so give each group one job: compliance methods first, systems second, languages with levels third.
- Certifications. A CAMS or similar certificate prints near the end in Henrietta. When an advert asks for one, repeat it in the headline, as the sample does.
- References. EURES says the CV should contain the contact details of people whose good references may help you get the job. LSMU treats references as an optional attachment, so list two people who have agreed.

How to make the sample yours
One page, two once you have experience
LSMU recommends one page and up to two only in exceptional cases; KTU says one to two; Europass Lithuania says one page that can grow to two as experience builds. Six years of compliance work fits on one full page or a short second.
Photo: a matter of debate
LSMU's CV template has a photo slot, KTU only warns against party and holiday pictures, and the consultant writing Europass Lithuania's tips would leave it off when appearance does not matter. Resumity templates print none; add one in Word if you want it.
Translate for Lithuanian employers
EURES's checklist for people moving to Lithuania suggests a CV preferably in Lithuanian, with diplomas and references translated too. The sample is in English; translate it for Lithuanian-language adverts.
Add a hobbies line
EURES lists hobbies among the parts a Lithuanian CV must include. One line with a concrete activity, added in Word below the referees or at the end of the profile, covers it.
Keep every claim checkable
LSMU says a CV should be honest, without embellished experience or qualifications, because the information is easy to check.

- Using a holiday snapshot as a CV photo, which KTU's career centre warns against.
- Inflating a job title or qualification; LSMU reminds applicants the information is easy to check.
- Listing secondary school next to a university degree, which Europass Lithuania's tips say to drop.
